What they need
Project Site Supervisor
Solar Industry
5.5 days (Monday - Friday, Saturday Half day)
Location: Pioneer
Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and support planning for solar installation projects.
- Coordinate and supervise installation teams and daily site activities.
- Monitor project progress, work schedules and site activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and other parties on project requirements.
- Ensure installation works comply with safety, quality and site requirements.
- Manage on-site issues and coordinate timely solutions when unexpected situations arise.
- Track materials, equipment and resources required for installation works.
- Maintain project documentation, site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Relevant project management experience in solar installation, electrical or other technical fields.
- Good site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours and travel to different project sites as required.
