Project Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and delivering global and regional projects.
• Lead small to medium project initiatives independently.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and project documentation.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across business functions.
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization.
• Conduct project status reviews and prepare management reports.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, policies, and quality standards.
• Support issue identification, escalation, and resolution activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project delivery processes.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and reporting activities.
