Project Specialist

The Project Specialist, is ultimately accountable for the effective and successful implementation of projects and programs that result in timely business returns and positive top-of-mind recall of the company.

• Document Control & Compliance: Manages submittals, Request for Information (RFI) logs, variation requests, standard operating procedures, and as-built drawing archives.
• Procurement & Tender Support: Drafts project Terms of Reference (TOR), assists in technical evaluation packages, and coordinates billings/progress claims with Jeff Pastidio (Commercial Management).
• Scheduling & Budget Tracking: Updates master project schedules (Gantt charts), tracks cost performance against baseline budgets, and prepares monthly performance reports for PMO leadership.
• Project Correspondence: Prepares and issues project notices, official correspondence, memoranda, and other formal communications to Contractors and relevant project stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field; Prior experience as a Project Officer, or a similar position
• License / Certification and Training Requirement: Licensed engineer is an advantage but not required / AutoCAD
