As part of the Operations Excellence Projects Team, you will work on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives across Customer Service, Risk Operations, Onboarding, Collections, and other business-critical functions. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is analytical, process-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

• Drive strategic and operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.

• Conduct structured analysis of operational data, business processes, and performance metrics to identify root causes, uncover inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations.

• Support business transformation and change management initiatives, including the implementation of new processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.

• Lead process reviews and redesign initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, scalability and translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior management to align on priorities, and drive execution.

• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.

• Experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, operational excellence, business transformation, project management, or a related role.

• Experience within fintech, financial services, banking, or other regulated industries is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical skills able to work with data using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management is a plus.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
