Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary Package:
Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
Build relationships with architects, structural consultants, quantity surveyors, and other design professionals to promote the company's construction solutions.

Prepare and present technical proposals, engineering calculations, compliance documents, and design recommendations.

Provide technical support on product applications, structural calculations, and compliance with relevant local and international standards.

Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized technical solutions and supporting documentation.

Identify new project opportunities and develop relationships with consultants and project stakeholders.

Engage consultants and project owners to secure product specifications in upcoming construction projects.

Monitor construction projects from design through tender stages to ensure the company's products are specified.

Collaborate with the sales team to support project acquisition and ensure a smooth transition from specification to project execution.

Conduct technical presentations, CPD seminars, and product workshops for consultants, architects, and clients.

Maintain accurate project updates and sales opportunities through the CRM system.

Job Requirements:
At least a

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in specification sales or specification engineering within the construction or building materials industry.

Good understanding of construction project sales and the building materials supply chain.
