PROJECT SPECIFIER SALES STAFF

PROJECT SPECIFIER SALES (MATERIAL BUILDING)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Have 2 years experience as a Specifier/Architect/Sales Project with strong preference given to experience in the Building Material industry (Roofing, Flooring, ACP, Polycarbonate)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication skills and Fluent in English
• Have a good relationship with architect, consultant, developers, contractor, business owner
• Have a competitive spirit, energetic and communicative
• Could work well independently and as a team
• Highly self-motivated and target oriented
• Have a valid C & A driving license
• Willing to work out of town
• Preferably domicile in Sunter, North Jakarta (Sunter kelapa gading Jakarta Utara)

Responsibilities :

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants, contractors, and business owners, in order to:

   • Actively gather and leverage information related to ongoing projects.
   • Understand current and emerging customers and business priorities.
   • Provide a proactive and responsive customer service.
   • Ensure company’s products are specified in clear and concise manner.

2. Prepare visitation database report, stay up-to-date with current information/development, and inform the sales project team accordingly.

3. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstrations, for external and internal purpose.

4. Support sales team for current and ongoing projects when required.

5. Managing reports and related administrative works
