What they need
- Assist the Project Manager and Project Team in the day-to-day management of projects.
- Prepare and organize project documents, reports, permits, plans, and other records.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, installers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines, manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Assist in preparing material requests, purchase requests, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
- Monitor the delivery and availability of materials at project sites.
- Maintain accurate records of project materials, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with project personnel regarding project progress.
- Assist in monitoring installation and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and instructions.
- Document project progress through photos, reports, checklists, and updates.
- Report project delays, material shortages, damages, safety concerns, and other issues to the Project Manager.
- Assist in coordinating manpower deployment and site schedules.
- Ensure project documents and records are properly filed and updated.
- Assist in preparing project accomplishment and completion reports.
- Coordinate with Accounting regarding project-related documents, billings, and supporting requirements when needed.
- Assist in ensuring that projects are completed according to quality, safety, schedule, and client requirements.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving project-related concerns.
- Perform other project-related duties as assigned by management.
