About the role

The Project Staff – Partnerships and Growth Channels supports the development and expansion of growth channels by assisting in the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of potential strategic partners. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, this role facilitates cross-functional collaboration, tracks performance analytics, and ensures the smooth execution of partnership initiatives. This is a full-time project role with a hybrid set-up.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners and serve as a key point of contact for external partners and internal teams
• Draft partnership proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and comprehensive documentation to support business development
• Monitor and record key partnership metrics, ensuring up-to-date documentation and reporting on active growth channels
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights that refine partner programs and sales strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure partnership deliverables and growth milestones are met on schedule

About you

• Ability to bridge technical processes with commercial goals, translating business needs into structured workflows
• Solid understanding of funnel analytics including lead generation, conversion rates, partner performance, and drop-off rates
• Familiarity with dashboard design or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or Google Looker to track and visualize channel metrics
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multi-stakeholder projects effectively
