Responsibilities

Receive all incoming materials related to Projects & Engineering Capex as per the purchase order.

Preparing GRN and returnable / non-returnable gate pass.

Ensure the materials as per PO quantity and visual inspection for any materials damage during the receiving of incoming materials

Submit original and duplicate bills/invoices to accounts and commercial departments respectively

File the bills/invoices as per GRN data wise.

Issuing materials against the material requisition raised by users.

Provide material receipt information immediate to users after the invoice quantity verification.

Conduct physical stock verification to cross check the inventory.

To do weighment - wherever is applicable for materials to cross verify the supplied quantity.

Follow up and closing returnable materials by communicating with concerned users.

To maintain proper materials identifications and storage details for tracking purposes in stores.

To raise purchase requestions related to store requirements.

Maintain proper documentation and handling internal audits related to Capex inventory
