At Edwards Moving & Rigging, we take on projects where preparation matters, equipment matters, and experience matters.

But when a crew arrives on site and it’s time to move something massive, there has to be someone everyone can look to and ask:

What’s the plan, and how are we going to execute it safely?

We are looking for experienced Project Superintendents and Foremen who can answer that question.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who understands heavy rigging and specialized transport, knows how to lead a crew, can read an engineered plan and turn it into field execution, and has the judgment to recognize when something isn’t right.

Because at Edwards, field leadership isn’t about having the loudest voice on the jobsite.

It’s about knowing what needs to happen next and earning the trust of the people you’re leading.
