Job summary

The Project Supervisor Assistant will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and ensuring the successful execution of all projects and client orders across Branda and DexStitches. The ideal candidate will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, production teams, designers, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Project Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing projects, operations, production, or fulfillment teams.
• Experience in branding, printing, fashion production, manufacturing, branding, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
