Project Supervisor (Civil Engineering)

Must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering.

With at least two years of relevant work experience required.

Proficient in Project Management.

Ensure equipment reliability by overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, and spare parts inventory. Train teams on safety (PPE/GMP) and proper procedures.

Plan schedules, document downtime/root causes, and enforce policies to meet KPIs. Monitor projects, budgets, and procurement for timely execution.

Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and enforce safety standards. Address operational risks and maintain records (maintenance, energy usage, etc.).
