Project Supervisor (client based in Cebu City)

A. Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, preferably Civil Engineering.

• At least 1–2 years in construction, hardware and lumber, building materials, or related industry.

• Demonstrated experience in:

  • Construction site supervision and field operations
  • Project planning, scheduling, and workflow coordination
  • Manpower management and work assignment monitoring
  • Quality control and site inspection
  • Coordination with contractors, engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Progress reporting, issue resolution, and project documentation
  • Compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines

• Experience working in environments requiring effective coordination, timely project execution, and strict adherence to construction standards and operational requirements.

B. Job Summary:

The Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction and development projects across all company yards—from design and planning stages through construction and final turnover. The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with company standards and specifications.

The Project Supervisor plays a hands-on operational role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing day-to-day site activities and guiding work implementation from start to finish. This includes closely monitoring construction progress, coordinating manpower deployment, and making sure that work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, timelines, and operational standards.

C. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee outside contracts and construction projects across all company yards.
• Supervise projects from design stage to construction and turnover stage.
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure work aligns with approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines; prepare project updates and progress reports.
• Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
• Oversee daily construction activities, establish daily and weekly targets, and conduct toolbox meetings and site briefings.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and overall project success.
