Key Responsibilities:
Supervise projects and/or services based on agreed specification and Quality, and deliverables
Ensure projects deliverables are timely completed, billed accurately.
Manage sub-contractor to ensure compliance with all Sodexo Philippines requirements and Framework.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and new business.
Inspect projects regularly and ensure projects is within the agreed standards, quality and timeline.
Management of Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation relating to the building portfolio ensuring the statutory requirements are met and all records maintained up to date through the IMS with all relevant staff trained and aware in its requirements and operation.
