Project Supervisor

About the role

This is a full-time position based in Isabela, Cagayan Valley, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. As Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the construction industry and directly contributes to the success of our organization's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on assigned project sites, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications
• Monitor project budgets and costs, implementing cost control measures to prevent overruns and maintain profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies across all project operations
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets contractual requirements and industry standards
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, labour records, and material inventories
• Manage site resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise productivity and efficiency
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior management when necessary
• Coordinate with various trades and contractors to ensure seamless integration of different project phases
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among all site personnel
