Veryancy Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bacoor City, Cavite. This is a contract position that plays a crucial role in overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion. As Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work meets safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines. This supervisory position is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering superior results to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily electrical project operations and coordinating work schedules to ensure projects stay on track
• Supervising and mentoring electrical technicians and junior staff on site
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
• Ensuring all electrical installations meet industry standards, codes, and client specifications
• Managing project materials, equipment, and resources efficiently
• Liaising between clients, project managers, and field teams to address concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintaining detailed project documentation, progress reports, and safety records
• Identifying potential hazards and implementing preventative measures to maintain a safe work environment
• Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings with team members
• Troubleshooting technical challenges and providing solutions to minimise project delays

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the electrical trades industry
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and industry safety standards
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and regulations applicable in the Philippines
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of electrical technicians
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
• Current or recent experience in commercial, industrial, or residential electrical projects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work extended hours when project demands require it
• Preferred: Experience with project management software and digital documentation tools
• Preferred: Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical supervision or project management
