What they need
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar PV / Residential ESS project coordination
Basic knowledge of solar panels, inverters, battery storage, and electrical installation
Able to read basic construction drawings and proficient in Excel
Good English communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel to project sites nationwide
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with multiple teams
Electrical Engineering graduate preferred; TESDA certification is an advantage
