Project Supervisor

• Plan and manage project schedules from initiation to handover.
• Monitor project progress, budget, cost, quality, and timeline.
• Manage interior fit-out projects, particularly F&B and commercial projects.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with users, contractors, vendors, landlords, and external parties.
• Understand and coordinate MEP works with related contractors and vendors.
• Prepare weekly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Review vendor quotations and contracts.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to design, technical specifications, and company standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial interior, retail, or F&B projects.
• Experienced in handling F&B projects and site coordination.
• Good understanding of MEP works.
• Strong experience in external stakeholder coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel for projects when required.
