What they need
- Conduct inventory checks of returnable containers across recycling zones (liaise with Furi, local suppliers and outsourced vendors); oversee maintenance, booking, container loading supervision and in-transit tracking.
- Manage local corporate affairs in Malaysia, including office facilities, utilities and internet, and liaise with the secretarial firm.
- Source suppliers in Malaysia for requirements from various departments; obtain quotations from freight forwarders, forklift vendors, insurers, carriers, vehicle suppliers, etc.
- Complete qualification applications for transportation companies.
- Handle HR tasks: contact candidates and arrange interviews.
