Chung Yuang Electrical Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in July 1983 in Taichung, Taiwan. With a focus on being a "pillar of society, with a lasting legacy," the company has over 30 years of experience providing electromechanical services, firefighting systems, and generator rental and sales. We offer comprehensive planning, design, and construction services for factories across various industries. In 2001, we expanded to mainland China with the Kunshan branch, offering better service to Taiwanese businesses and local clients. Bhd. was established to extend our high-quality services to Malaysia, emphasizing safety, innovation, and excellence for clients in the region.

Qualifications & experience

• Experience : Preferably 5+ years’ experience in Construction, MEP, or related industrial projects. Experienced in cleanroom, semiconductor, or data center projects is an advantage.

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

• Skills : Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, construction sequencing, and commissioning processes, with team leadership experience and the ability to guide and support entry-level engineers. Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage tasks effectively, troubleshoot issues, and drive work progress to completion.

• Addition requirements : Familiarity with industry-specific standards and best practices. Proficiency in Mandarin language preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and MEP projects.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and related technical documents.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and regular progress updates.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, rectification, and project handover activities.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions where required.
• Carry out other duties, assignments, or projects as directed by the Superior in support of departmental and company objectives.
