Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site construction operations and workforce
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved plans, drawings, and specifications
• Monitor project timelines, progress, and deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance
• Identify and resolve on-site issues and delays efficiently
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Implement and enforce safety standards and company policies
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Licensed professional is an advantage but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in construction/project supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and/or project management tools
