Project Supervisor / หัวหน้างานประสานงานโครงการ

Responsibilities:

• Handle company’s overall project-administration support and any related documents, for example, daily project-administrative duties, project purchasing, data entry, filing paperwork etc.
• Assist to provide and design a Solution to meet the needs of customers or TOR (Terms of Reference), including receiving Requirements from customers by continuously monitoring progress with customers.
• Prepare Compliance Specification, TOR,  arrange Make prototype demos, prepare budget proposal documents, proposal documents, etc. to support sales and project management, review and collect detailed specifications to be able to deliver on time according to customer needs
• Contact and submit applications and relevant documents with government authorities.
• Assist in the development of presentations, visualization materials and other knowledge products and knowledge sharing activities, in both Thai and English language.
• Assist in the execution of project virtual and physical events such as trainings, workshops, meetings etc.
• Perform any other task as assigned by Manager or Director

Based office location: at taling Chan (Near Talingchan Police Station.)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 09.00-18.00

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination
• 1 year of experience in project Management is plus
• Strong understanding of thein government agencies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software is a plus
• Skills in the areas of Communication, Negotiation, Flexibility, Presentation, Coordinating, Problem Solving, compromise, decision-making and improve services.
