Job Description: Telecommunications Project SupervisorPosition Summary

The Telecommunications Project Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and supervising telecommunications projects from project initiation through completion. The role ensures that project activities are completed according to approved timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate telecommunications projects and field activities.
• Supervise project teams, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors during project implementation.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor field activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and project-related issues and delays.
• Ensure that telecommunications installations and activities comply with required quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project materials, equipment, manpower, and other resources required for project completion.
• Assist in procurement and coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, site documentation, and other required records.
• Monitor project costs and assist in ensuring that activities remain within the approved budget.
• Identify potential project risks and implement or recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable telecommunications, occupational safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure that project deliverables meet client and company requirements.
• Assist in project turnover, completion documentation, and other closeout activities.
• Perform other duties related to telecommunications project supervision as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry, with progressive experience in project management and supervision.
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems, installation, field operations, and project implementation.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and regulations applicable to telecommunications and field operations.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular field/site visits.
• Must have own motorcycle with valid OR/CR.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license authorized for motorcycle operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,800.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
