What they need
- Supervise daily FTKFTTH field activities and installation teams
- Monitor project timelines and ensure target completion
- Coordinate with contractors engineers and client representatives
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare daily weekly and accomplishment reports
- Resolve onsite technical and manpower concerns Manage materials tools and manpower allocation
- Ensure proper documentation asbuilt plans reports permits
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or related field
- With 3-6 yrs solid experience as supervisor in telecom projects/subcon handling
- With experience in project construction (end to end process)/FTTH project experience
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
