Project Supervisor

INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS SYSTEMS, INC. is now hiring for Project Supervisor to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the Project Department.
• Oversee the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs.
• Review and coordinate the preparation of drawings and design documents.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of material estimations and cost projections.
• Supervise bid plan preparation and assist in tendering and proposal submissions.
• Ensure timely preparation of all project requirements, documentation, and deliverables.
• Monitor project status, track progress, and address delays or issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and motor pool) and external stakeholders.
• Provide planning support and assist in the execution of ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Enforce compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous improvement of project processes and workflows.
• Perform other duties as required to support project and departmental objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and licensed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project supervision, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in handling project planning, design coordination, and execution.
• Strong understanding of material estimation, bid preparation, and project documentation.
• Experience in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.
• With Driver's License and know how to drive.
• Willing to travel nationwide (site inspection)
