Urgent Hiring for Telecom Project Supervisors

Location: NEX 54, Mandaluyong

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years’ experience handling a team/subcon
• Lean experience in construction
• With OSP experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or related field With
• 3-6 yrs solid experience as supervisor in telecom projects/subcon handling With experience in project
• construction (end to end process)/FTTH project experience

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise daily FTKFTTH field activities and installation teams
• Monitor project timelines and ensure target completion
• Coordinate with contractors engineers and client representatives
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare daily weekly and accomplishment reports
• Resolve onsite technical and manpower concerns Manage materials tools and manpower allocation
• Ensure proper documentation asbuilt plans reports permits

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
