Project Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating labour, monitoring work progress, ensuring quality and safety, and ensuring timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
• Manage and coordinate workers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and instructions.
• Monitor work quality, progress and productivity.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers and the Operations Manager.
• Monitor material requirements and report shortages in advance.
• Maintain basic records of labour, materials and site progress.
• Identify and report delays, quality issues and safety concerns.
• Ensure the site is safe, organized and productive.
• Provide regular progress updates and site photographs to management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior construction/site supervision experience preferred.
• Good practical knowledge of construction activities.
• Ability to manage and coordinate workers effectively.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and proactive approach.
• Ability to identify problems and find practical solutions.
• Willingness to work at different project sites as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
