Project Supervisor

1. Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities (mould, rebar, concreting)

2. Ensure production schedules meet project installation timelines and COCA milestones

3. Conduct daily toolbox meetings; enforce DOLE OSH safety standards

4. Coordinate with Precast Engineer on technical concerns and quality requirements

5. Review and approve daily production reports, manpower deployment, and material consumption

6. Monitor inventory of steel, cement, aggregates, and admixtures

7. Ensure all finished precast elements pass quality inspection before dispatch

8. Coordinate with installation team for delivery and erection scheduling

9. Address and resolve site and plant issues promptly

10. Evaluate performance of leadmen and workers; recommend corrective actions Evaluate RFI and

COCA accomplishments and monitor progress billing of the overall project within the approved

budget. Evaluate and monitor equipment rental and manpower services to ensure costs remain

within the approved budget
