Compensation: $50-55k

We are a growing, privately held organization in the construction, material handling, and intralogistics space to add an experienced Project Supervisor to its team.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who enjoys being where the action is. You’ll oversee project execution at customer sites, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, solve problems in real time, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and with an exceptional client experience.

Projects can range from facility upgrades and relocations to warehouse infrastructure, material handling systems, equipment installations, and automation-related solutions—so no two projects will look exactly the same.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across active project sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field labor, materials, and equipment
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve onsite challenges
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, inventory, and equipment
• Maintain accurate project documentation and daily activity records
• Lead field teams while creating a productive, accountable work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience supervising construction, installation, material handling, warehouse, industrial, or similar field projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to confidently coordinate multiple crews, vendors, and priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and regulations
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications
