Project Supervisor

• Civil Engineering Graduate or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years work experience in facade industry including installation of glass and aluminum sliding doors and windows, curtain walls and railings.
• Responsible in ensuring that the project work is completed to a high-quality standard, and within agreed budget and timeframe;
• Coordinate with the project coordinator, liaising with project manager as well as interfacing with clients and the overall supervision of the site.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and develop alternative solutions;
• Develop workable implementation plans, manages, monitors, and communicates transition and results;
• Develops and implements ways to improve quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness;
• Prepare regular reports of project activity for Site Operations Manager;
• Develops strategies to achieve corporate and project goals particularly under changing conditions.
• Ensure project materials and workmanship meets the project Quality Standards.
• Willing to be assigned in any location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Site Engineer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Facade Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
