Project Supervisor

About the role

Oversee and drive end-to-end project execution, coordinate internal and external resources, monitor project progress, budget and quality, resolve project risks and ad-hoc issues. Ensure projects deliver expected objectives on time and report project status to management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules, assign tasks and track execution across project phases.
• Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams and vendors, resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Monitor project timeline, budget and quality; identify potential risks and formulate mitigation plans.
• Prepare periodic project reports and update management on progress, issues and recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation and filing; perform other project-related duties as assigned.

About you

• Tertiary education or above, major in Project Management, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred.
• 3-5 years relevant experience as Project Supervisor / Project Coordinator with hands-on end-to-end project delivery experience.
• Solid capability in project planning, risk assessment and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and cross-party coordination skills, able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Good written and reading proficiency in both Chinese and English.
