Project Supervisor

About the role

This is a full-time Project Supervisor role based in Pasay City, Metro Manila at Sanford Marketing Corporation (Savemore Market). As a Project Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and supervising all aspects of construction projects, from planning and scheduling to resource allocation and quality control
• Liaising with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
• Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
• Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation, such as progress reports, cost analyses and project records
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the construction team
• Collaborating with the wider project management team to drive continuous improvement and innovation

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, coordinate and deliver construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills
• Proficient in using project management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field
