Project Supervisor

Responsibilities & Authorities

• Manage day-to-day fabrication activities, ensuring schedules are met and resources are properly allocated.
• Supervise and guide staff, ensuring efficiency, adherence to safety protocols, and a productive work environment.
• Train and develop subordinates to enhance their skills and achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor quality control throughout fabrication and loading processes, addressing any issues promptly.
• Oversee the movement of cargo using appropriate equipment (forklift trucks, electric trolleys, etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively order necessary wood and materials for fabrication.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization for efficient operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective action requests (CAR), and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and GDPMD standards and maintain accurate project files.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors to support a seamless workflow.

Competency Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Keen and able to learn
• Fluent in English / Malay / Mandarin
• Awareness of ISO 9001 and GDPMD requirements
