Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction site experience, a solid understanding of commercial construction processes, and expertise in construction safety management. This role involves coordinating teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high safety standards on-site. The Project Supervisor will play a key role in delivering quality projects efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and client specifications.

Duties

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Manage project documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and compliance records.
• Assist in planning project phases, resource allocation, and resolving on-site issues that may arise during construction.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct safety meetings to promote a culture of safety among all personnel.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure project specifications are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

Pay: $66,600.00 - $80,300.00 per year
