What they need

TAG Multifamily is hiring two hands-on Project Supervisors to help lead the redevelopment of the former Wyndham property in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

This is an active, large-scale renovation project involving demolition, apartment construction, common-area improvements, building systems, and site logistics. We are looking for practical leaders who can organize people, solve field problems, and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily work performed by employees, subcontractors, and trades
  • Coordinate demolition, debris removal, material staging, and site logistics
  • Help develop and maintain short-term and master project schedules
  • Assign work, monitor productivity, and verify completed work
  • Coordinate plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, elevator, and structural activities
  • Review plans and field conditions before work begins
  • Identify missing information, conflicts, and decisions that could delay progress
  • Track materials, deliveries, equipment, and jobsite needs
  • Maintain clear daily records, progress photographs, and issue lists
  • Enforce jobsite safety, security, cleanliness, and quality standards
  • Communicate progress, upcoming needs, and obstacles to company leadership
  • Help build an accountable, productive jobsite culture

Qualifications

  • Construction supervision, superintendent, foreman, or project-management experience
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades on renovation or commercial construction projects
  • Strong understanding of demolition and general construction sequencing
  • Ability to read plans and compare them with actual field conditions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable using basic project-management and documentation software
  • Able to make sound field decisions and escalate issues promptly
  • Dependable, hands-on, and willing to take ownership of results

Experience with multifamily, hotel conversion, adaptive reuse, or occupied-property renovation is especially valuable.

What We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in energetic, ambitious professionals who are early in—or actively advancing—their careers and want an opportunity to grow beyond a traditional site-supervision role.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Smart, curious, and quick to learn
  • Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
  • Interested in developing skills across construction, operations, budgeting, procurement, and project management
  • Motivated to accept increasing responsibility as the company grows
  • Comfortable asking questions, solving unfamiliar problems, and taking initiative
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity rather than simply another job

Extensive superintendent experience is welcome but not required. We will consider candidates with strong leadership potential, sound judgment, relevant field exposure, and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

These positions are intended to develop into broader roles within TAG Multifamily. Successful supervisors may gain exposure to project planning, budgeting, vendor management, property operations, development, and other areas of the company.

We value ability, initiative, character, and growth potential. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience and demonstrated capability.

How to Apply

Please submit your résumé along with a short description of:

  • The largest project you have supervised
  • The number of workers and trades you coordinated
  • Your experience with renovation or redevelopment projects
  • Your compensation expectations
  • Your earliest available start date

Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
