Project Supervisor - Contractor

I'm working with a respected Engineering Firm delivering a key infrastructure project in Taupo. They’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team and take the lead on day-to-day site operations for a major mechanical installation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be driving productivity, overseeing subcontractors, managing health and safety, and ensuring quality standards are met. You’ll be the crucial link between project management and the site team, keeping things running smoothly and on schedule.

We’re looking for:

• A proven background supervising mechanical installations or projects

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in water, energy, industrial, or similar sectors is a bonus
