Job Overview

Sudharshan Elctromech is hiring skilled and experienced Project Supervisor for Fire Hydrant on industrial Fire projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience working at industrial project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily project activities.
• Allocate work to workers and contractors.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and management.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Check availability and proper use of materials and equipment.
• Maintain daily work/progress reports.
• Identify delays, problems, and risks and report them to management.
• Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
• Inspect completed work and coordinate corrections when necessary.
• Control wastage and help manage project costs.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain project-related documents and records.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Usually 1–5 years, depending on the level of the position.
• Freshers may be considered for Junior Project Supervisor/Project Coordinator positions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to read drawings, schedules, and project documentation is useful.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• A driving license may be required for site-based positions.
