PROJECT SUPERVISOR

INTERIOR FIT-OUT PRJECTS

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Supervisor to join our team and oversee the successful execution of interior fit-out projects from site preparation through completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.

Manage and monitor site workers, carpenters, electricians, painters, gypsum workers, and other subcontractors.

Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, designs, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, designers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.

Monitor daily site progress and ensure projects remain on schedule.

Inspect workmanship and ensure the required quality standards and finishing are maintained.

Check materials delivered to the site and ensure they meet project requirements.

Coordinate the installation of joinery, furniture, partitions, ceilings, flooring, doors, wall panels, and other interior elements.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them quickly.

Ensure proper coordination between different trades to avoid delays and rework.

Prepare and provide daily site progress updates and reports.

Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for site activities.

Ensure the site is maintained in an organized, clean, and safe condition.

Follow company HSE and site safety procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections and report any quality or technical issues.

Assist in project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion.

Ensure work is completed within the approved time, quality, and project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Supervisor / Site Supervisor in interior fit-out.

Strong practical knowledge of commercial and residential interior fit-out works.

Experience in supervising multiple trades and site teams.

Ability to read and understand interior drawings, layouts, and specifications.

Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, gypsum, flooring, partitions, ceilings, and general fit-out works.

Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and team-management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Valid Qatar Driving License is Mandatory
