Project Supervisor (KEH Construction)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to required quality standards, and in compliance with safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, cost, quality, and timeline, and take corrective action when required.
• Manage project risks, issues, variations, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and safety standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project status reports to management.
• Manage and support project teams to ensure effective execution and accountability.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction/project management, preferably with experience managing full-cycle projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, and contract management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management/construction software.
