Project Supervisor - Mechanical

I'm working with a respected Engineering Firm delivering a key infrastructure project in Mount Maunganui. They’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the team and take the lead on day-to-day site operations for a major mechanical installation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be driving productivity, overseeing subcontractors, managing health and safety, and ensuring quality standards are met. You’ll be the crucial link between project management and the site team, keeping things running smoothly and on schedule.
What’s in it for you

• Competitive salary package including overtime
• Work with a well-organised, professional crew who take pride in what they deliver
• Great lifestyle balance in one of New Zealand’s most scenic towns

We’re looking for:

• A proven background supervising mechanical installations or projects
• Strong leadership on-site – you know how to get the best out of your team
• Solid knowledge of health & safety, QA, and site reporting
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Experience in water, energy, industrial, or similar sectors is a bonus

If you’re based in the central North Island or looking for a move to the lakes, this is a strong opportunity to get stuck into a rewarding project with a solid team.
