Project Supervisor (Mechanical Engineering)

About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth project execution, coordinating on-site activities, and maintaining compliance with engineering and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site operations for mechanical engineering projects
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering requirements, and company policies
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, and project records
• Assist in resolving technical or site-related issues as they arise
• Provide regular updates to the project manager on site progress

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum two years of experience
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and site safety
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
• Proficient in AutoCAD (required)
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
