Project Supervisor- Solar

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to support the construction and installation of a large-scale utility Solar PV project in Romania. The successful candidate will supervise daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and installation teams, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and installation activities on-site.
• Coordinate site workers, subcontractors and installation teams.
• Monitor progress against project schedules and assigned milestones.
• Support civil, mechanical and electrical works according to technical expertise.
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship and report quality issues or non-conformities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate site materials, tools, equipment and manpower.
• Identify site issues, delays and resource requirements and report them to the Site Manager.
• Maintain daily progress records, inspection reports and site documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality and HSE teams to resolve site issues.
• Support inspections, commissioning preparations and handover activities.

Requirements

• Technical qualification or degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction supervision or site execution.
• Experience in utility-scale Solar PV projects preferred.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, installation teams and site activities.
• Understanding of construction drawings, quality requirements and HSE procedures.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site for the contract duration.
• Fluent English required.
• Romanian language advantageous.
