Project Support - Chinese Speaking

About the Role

We are looking for a PMO – Chinese Speaking to support project coordination, customer

communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The role will work closely with Regional

Marketing and internal teams to deliver project and campaign information to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate projects and follow up with relevant internal teams.

• Work with Regional Marketing to communicate campaigns and project updates to

clients.

• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate solutions with internal teams.

• Translate and interpret project-related information from Chinese to Vietnamese .

• Support communication between Chinese-speaking stakeholders and Vietnamese clients.

• Consolidate information from different teams to provide timely updates to clients.

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Chinese and Vietnamese .

• Have a knowledge of CFD, FX, Crypto, or financial markets .

• Experience in project coordination, customer service, or client support .

• Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
