Project Support Executive

Grenadier is a high growth Retail Campaign Activation Partner, HQ in Singapore with regional presence across Southeast Asia. We help top brands design, produce and deploy marketing campaigns across thousands of retail outlets nationwide and internationally.

We are looking for adventurous and enthusiastic candidates to join our Project Support Executive Team in Johor.

You will:

• Assist the Project Executives in managing retail activation projects

• Monitor and coordinate with Production Departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth service deliveries, logistics fulfilment and timely completion of projects on hand

• Understand customer’s requirements and transmit the information timely and accurately to production

• Provide support roles in project completions within customers’ deadlines and to customers’ satisfaction

• Provide documented information that is necessary for the successful completion of the project to Production and Outsource suppliers

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in Retail Space Planning, or Event Management, or Print Communications (Wide Format printing and/or Digital printing and/or Offset printing) industry, or Creative industry
• Experience in customer service work
• Good coordination skills
• Good organisational skills with an eye for details
• Good communication skills, enjoys interacting with people
• Fresh Graduates with one year or less relevant working experience may be offered Management Trainee positions
