Project Support Executive

The Project Support Executive will provide analytical, research, and project coordination support to consulting teams across multiple engagements. The role is designed for individuals seeking exposure to consulting and strategic research while developing the foundational skills required for a future Associate Consultant position.

The successful candidate will work closely with Consultants, Managers, and Directors in supporting project execution, conducting secondary research, organizing project materials, and assisting in the development of client deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Support consulting and strategic research projects across various industries.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research using secondary sources.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize research findings into actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Organize project data, documentation, and research databases.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Managers to support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis, visualization tools, or AI productivity tools is an advantage.
