Project Support Executive (Digitalisation & Grants)

About the role

Provide support in the initiation and digitalisation of a grant scheme, and the onboarding and adoption of a new app.

• 6 months contract

• Working hours:

  • Monday to Thursday : 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Key responsibilities

• Utilising available company tools and testing use cases
• Compiling and tracking records, issues, and feedback
• Coordinating training and engagement sessions relating to the digitalisation or adoption process
• Supporting the development of training materials or user guides
• Providing administrative and logistical support
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Officers

About you

• Effective administrative and communication skills
• Proficient at Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to work well independently and in a team
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
