Project Support Group Head

Responsible for the management of procurement of materials,warehousing and logistics: strategizing and aligning strategies with company goals and reduce expences and mitigate organizational cost; yearly business planning together with the executives and other management committee members; provides assistance in the Engineering department with regards to managing subcontractors; provide assistance in the sale department with regards to strategic project costing. Overseeing Procurement team in scouting new contracttors and suppliers in finalizing contracts and cost (billing of materials)
