Job Description

We are looking for a well organised and detail-oriented Project Support Manager to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will help ensure projects run smoothly by undertaking administrative duties such as; document control, quantifying client requirements and purchasing whilst learning the Project Management role and handling their own projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to Project Managers
• Maintain project documentation, records, and databases
• Purchasing
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

Desirable Skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

The Person

This role is suited to a graduate who wants to develop into a Project Manager. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. They will have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
