Qualifications
Minimum D3 (Diploma) education; S1 (Bachelor’s degree) preferred.
Maximum age of 30 years old.
Experience in administration, project support, or operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong administrative, documentation, and data processing skills.
Detail-oriented, communicative, able to work effectively in a team, and possess good coordination skills.
Work location: Semarang.
Responsibilities
- Prepare user requirements for requested projects.
- Monitor ongoing projects and conduct post-project monitoring.
- Coordinate with the relevant Project PICs (Persons in Charge).
- Provide administrative support for project implementation.
