Project Support Staff

Job ResponsibilityTo assist with the day to day activities:-

• Support the project team in the implementation and coordination of bonded warehouse operations.

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation and operational records.

• Support inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, data tracking, and reporting.

• Assist with customs compliance documentation and related administrative activities.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to warehouse and project support activities.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bacheler Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistic or any other related field.

• Possess required IT skills in data analysis

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• This is role is only for 2 month to supportthe tight project timeline
